All of our training services start with a brief consultation call to determine the best approach for you and your dog(s). Send us an email if you're interested in any of our services, or even if you're looking for something that isn't listed here.

PRIVATE LESSONS

One-on-one training sessions in your home or neighborhood. We can work on leash walking, house manners, and complex obedience skills.

Expect an engaging session where I teach you as much as I teach your dog. I'll send you off with exercises and games you can do at home to advance your dog's training. Every training session is rooted in my belief in the power of play and fulfillment for both human and canine!

Sessions range from 60-90 minutes and start at $80.

OFF-LEASH TRAINING

I can help you and your dog hone recall and trail manners to elevate your time in the mountains. With my backcountry management background, I know a lot about trail etiquette.

I use an e-collar with most dogs I off-leash train. When conditioned correctly, it is like an invisible leash and helps proof your dog's recall in all sorts of conditions. I'm happy to talk through my use of e-collars in detail.

Successful off-leash training requires several private lessons combined with some fun homework for you and your dog.

PUPPY RAISING

I can help you create create a plan to give your new puppy the best start in life. I also can help you find a breed that fits your lifestyle and evaluate breeders or rescues. I'm happy to use my dog experience to help you navigate this often complex world!

DOG WALKING AND HIKING
